A leading Engineering Consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural design and consultancy field in Dubai.
Key Requirements:
o
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and engineering consultancy within Dubai
o
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
o
Strong architectural and social communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their design requirements
o
Proficient in:
o
AutoCAD
o
Revit
o
Architectural visualization tools for 3D images and animations (such as 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, etc.)
o
Solid experience in dealing with government authorities for project permitting, including:
o
Dubai Municipality
o
DDA
o
Trakhees
o
Civil Defense
o
DEWA
