About the Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive

Architect

to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project specifications, and sustainable practices. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery from concept to completion, including site inspections and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of architectural designs across all project phases: Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design. Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation boards using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. Coordinate with engineering disciplines, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integration and compliance. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify design intent, and perform snagging inspections. Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide updates and gather feedback. Mentor and support junior design team members, providing guidance on industry-standard software and workflows. Ensure that all designs adhere to sustainable architecture principles, green building standards, and local regulations. Maintain organized documentation for all design stages and project deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proven experience in architectural design, project coordination, and site supervision (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design software. Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green infrastructure projects. Excellent project management, organizational, and teamwork skills. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to work on-site full-time in Dubai.

Preferred Skills

Experience with complex design projects and multi-disciplinary collaboration. Ability to produce professional presentation materials, infographics, and sample boards. Knowledge of UAE building codes, DM regulations, and sustainable construction practices.
