Role Description

An Architect with experience in

master developments

is a highly skilled professional who leads the design, planning, and execution of large-scale, complex projects such as urban areas, residential complexes, or commercial districts.

Core Responsibilities

Master Planning & Design:

Lead the entire design process from initial concept and feasibility studies to detailed drawings, incorporating principles of urban design, architecture, and sustainable development.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with clients, engineers, landscape architects, contractors, and government authorities to define project goals, manage expectations, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including zoning laws and building codes.

Project Management:

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams effectively.

Documentation & Supervision:

Prepare comprehensive construction documents, specifications, and reports. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure the build adheres to the design specifications.

Risk Assessment & Problem Solving:

Evaluate potential environmental, social, and economic impacts, recommending mitigation strategies. Resolve complex problems that arise during the construction process.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning, with a professional license or certification being preferred/required. Expertise in architectural software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies is essential. Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling and functional built environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including clients, public bodies, and construction teams. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and manage complex projects from conception through completion. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
