Job Description
We are seeking a
qualified and creative Architect
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants and clients, and ensuring all architectural works comply with project requirements, UAE building codes, and company standards.Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and project requirements are met. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of construction. Prepare and present design proposals, 3D visualizations, and technical reports. Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, ADM, etc.). Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and as-built documentation. Support project managers in design coordination and project delivery within timelines and budget. Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
(Master's degree preferred).Minimum 5 years of professional experience
in architectural design and project coordination within the UAE or GCC.UAE Society of Engineers membership
or eligibility is an advantage. Strong proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
. Excellent understanding ofUAE building codes, local authority regulations, and construction standards
. Strong design, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Fluent inEnglish
(Arabic is an advantage).Job Type: Full-time
