Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa's and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

About The Job

An Architect is a professional who transforms building designs into reality, ensuring functionality, safety, and creative vision. Collaborating with engineers, they develop concepts for structures that meet project goals and operational standards, bringing architectural projects to life.

Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans. Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations. Conduct research and analysis to support project development. Collaborate with senior architects and project managers. Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations. Participate in client meetings and presentations. Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of project documentation. Review and revise designs based on feedback. Support the project team in various administrative tasks. Conduct site visits and inspections as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the development of design standards and guidelines. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project schedules. Participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
