Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Dubai. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural designs, overseeing project integration, and managing workflow. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and adherence to specifications and timelines. The Architect will also ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and conceptual planning
Knowledge of Software Development and Systems Integration processes
Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is highly desirable
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Prior experience in the construction or contracting industry in Dubai is an advantage
