Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect who is proficient in all aspects of architectural design and project delivery -- from concept development and detailed drawings to site coordination and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and local regulations, with the ability to produce both 2D technical drawings and 3D visual presentations at a professional level.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Produce high-quality 2D plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design intent clearly. Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape) to ensure design integration. Prepare full drawing sets for submission, tender, and IFC stages. Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with specifications. Manage project documentation, schedules, and progress reports. Research materials, finishes, and construction technologies to enhance project quality. Collaborate with the design and fit-out teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design and technical documentation. Strong understanding of building codes, detailing, and construction methodology. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Software Proficiency:

Top 2D Software: AutoCAD (for architectural drafting and documentation). Top 3D Software: Revit or SketchUp (for modeling and coordination) & Lumion/Enscape (for rendering and visualization). Additional familiarity with: Photoshop, Rhino, or 3ds Max is an advantage.
