Architect
Job Description
Responsibility:
Handle architecture design activities including concept design and design development.
Implement new design technology.
Review detailed design drawings produced by the team before tendering.
Reply to site RFIs for architectural queries.
Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, models, and renderings.
Must have experience in an interior fit-out company.
Ability to handle residential, retail, and commercial drawings.
Must have experience in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Vray, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Corona Rendering, Illustrator,
Qualifications
Expertise in architectural design
Strong background in architecture
Minimum 2 years of experience in creating construction drawings. Knowledge in building codes and regulations
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Experience in using architectural software
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is must
