Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in architectural and interior design for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects, with strong technical knowledge and creativity to develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and presentation packages aligned with client expectations and authority standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop architectural and interior design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure integrated design solutions. Support authority submissions (Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Trakhees, RTA, etc.). Participate in material selection, finishes specification, and design presentations. Review shop drawings, material samples, and assist during site coordination when required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, design standards, and market trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master's preferred). 3-5 years of professional experience in an engineering or design consultancy. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Lumion is a must. Strong 3D visualization and presentation skills. Familiarity with UAE authority procedures and submission requirements. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management abilities. Creative mindset with attention to detail and design quality.
