Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating architectural projects from concept to completion. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes and be capable of handling submissions to various government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional architectural designs in line with project requirements. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or related software. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project stages. Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality and other authority regulations. Manage and handle

authority approval submissions

to Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defense, DEWA, and other relevant authorities. Review and approve design documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards. Conduct site visits and inspections as required Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE (preferably Dubai). Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and

approval submission procedures

(Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. UAE driving license is an advantage.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
