We are urgently hiring a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs align with client needs, industry standards, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional architectural designs based on client requirements. Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed plans using design software. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring projects to life. Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address design challenges. Present and revise design proposals based on client feedback.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proven experience as an architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Knowledge of UAE building regulations and approval processes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
