We are currently seeking a talented Architect or Engineer with a strong background in interior design to join our team. If you have a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage interior design projects, ensuring the creation of practical and beautiful spaces. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines and specifications. Develop detailed plans, layouts, and design proposals quickly. Create 3D visualizations and presentations using various design software. Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high standards of quality. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Stay up to date with the latest design trends and software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop. Familiarity with the latest design software and technologies. Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with project management and client relations. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
