Architect
Job Description
Meet with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and budget.
Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Create detailed blueprints and 3D models for client presentation and approval.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical elements.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project timelines.
Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into designs.
Revise designs and plans based on client feedback and project constraints.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
