Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Architect

with at least

3 years of professional experience

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in

local building codes

,

Dubai Municipality (DM)

and other

authority submission requirements

, and be capable of producing high-quality design and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs from concept through to detailed drawings Prepare and coordinate full sets of drawings for authority submissions (DM, Trakhees, DDA, etc.) Ensure all designs comply with

UAE local regulations, codes, and standards

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design compliance during construction Revise and update drawings as per client or authority feedback Support in preparing presentation materials for client meetings

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Minimum

3 years of professional experience

in architectural design and documentation Proven knowledge of

UAE building codes

and

authority submission procedures

Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

Revit

, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of construction detailing and material specifications Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality

Preferred (but not required):

Previous experience with villa, commercial, or mixed-use projects in Dubai Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination UAE driving license
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
