Architect
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and ideas, and space planning. Sample Selection
- Strong knowledge on interior concept designs, presentations for commercial design and good communication skills.
- Creation of complete construction paperwork (BOQ, drawings, and all necessary documents. Candidate must ensure all required documents are submitted to clients and Government agencies in time for approvals.
- Preparing sketches, and visiting the construction site to resolve problems and technical support to the project teams and clients.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for preparation of drawing/BOQ/ specifications etc.
- A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (min. 3 years UAE exp Mandatory)
- Demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD, Design, and Microsoft Office.
