Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Architect
with strong expertise injoinery and interior works
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating detailed shop drawings, ensuring high-quality execution of interior and joinery projects in line with client requirements and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and finalize
architectural drawings, shop drawings, and joinery details
. Collaborate with the design and project teams to deliverinnovative interior design solutions
. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and team for seamless project execution. Provide material selection, design concepts, and technical guidance for joinery and fit-out works.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proven experience in
joinery and interior fit-out projects
. Strong knowledge ofAutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and other design software
. Familiarity with material specifications, detailing, and manufacturing processes in joinery. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in UAE/GCC projects.
