Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing building projects from concept to completion. The role requires balancing aesthetics with functionality, ensuring compliance with building codes, sustainability standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings using CAD software. Prepare project proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations for clients. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and constructability. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Provide innovative and sustainable design solutions aligned with client needs and budget. Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and deliverables. Oversee modifications and resolve technical issues during construction phases. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proven experience in architectural design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds max and other design tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Work Environment

Office-based design and planning with regular site visits. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors.
