Architect
Job Description
Emarati Engineering Consultancy is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with a consultancy in Dubai and be well-versed in authority submissions, technical detailing, and 3D presentation work.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative architectural designs from concept through to working drawings.
Prepare and coordinate authority submissions (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
Produce and review working drawings and construction documentation.
Create high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Have an ability to handle Clients
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Dubai-based architectural consultancy.
Proficient in Revit (required), AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software.
Strong understanding of UAE authority procedures and building codes.
Creative, presentable, and effective in both team and client-facing settings.
Have a valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
