Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with strong skills in 3D modeling, visualization, and fit-out drawings to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to create high-quality 3D models and renderings, prepare design concepts for buildings and master planning, and develop technical drawings for fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D models and visualizations for exterior and interior projects using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.

Produce photorealistic renderings for client presentations and project approvals.

Create concept designs for buildings, master planning, and interiors.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and fit-out documentation using AutoCAD and Revit (advantage).

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and constructability of designs.

Assist in preparing design presentations, material boards, and visualization packages for clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Experience in architectural design and 3D visualization.

Proficiency in 3D software: SketchUp or 3ds Max (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and rendering software (Lumion or Enscape; V-Ray/Corona is a plus).

Working knowledge of Revit is an advantage.

Strong sense of design, detailing, lighting, and composition.

Ability to produce high-quality visualizations and accurate technical drawings.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Must be currently based in the UAE for in-person interviews.
