Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our sister concern Urban Vision Civil and Architectural Engineering Consultancies LLC. The Architect will be responsible for developing innovative designs, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients, sub consultants, and authorities, and ensuring projects meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. The role requires strong design creativity, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to construction. Key Responsibilities: o Develop architectural designs from concept to execution. o Prepare drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working documents. o Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes. o Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated design solutions. o Attend client meetings, interpret requirements, and develop practical design concepts. o Prepare and submit authority approval drawings and follow up on approvals. o Review shop drawings, materials, and provide technical support during construction. o Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance. o Stay updated with design innovations, materials, and sustainable practices.



Requirements

Experience:

o Minimum 7 years of professional architectural experience ( Experience in consultancy firm will be an added advantage). o Experience with Dubai authority submissions (DDA, DM, Trakhees, etc.) is an advantage. o Exposure to mid- to high-rise buildings (G+12 or above) preferred. Education: o Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university. Skills: o Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp. o Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authority regulations, and approval procedures. o Ability to produce concept designs, working drawings, and construction documents. o Excellent coordination skills with consultants and contractors. o Knowledge of materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices. o Strong presentation and communication skills.
