Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details. Prepare construction documents, including specifications and drawings. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to design intent.
Qualifications:
Registered with Dubai Municipality. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Min. 3-4 years of experience as an Architect. Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,Lumion,3Ds Max). Strong design skills and a passion for architecture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
