Job Description
1.
Design Leader
Develops concepts and creative visions for buildings and spaces. Produces sketches, models, drawings, and presentations. Balances aesthetics with function, budget, and regulations.
2.
Project Manager
Oversees the planning and coordination of architectural projects. Manages timelines, budgets, and team resources. Communicates with clients, consultants, and contractors.
3.
Technical Expert
Prepares detailed construction drawings and specifications. Selects appropriate materials and building systems. Ensures designs are structurally sound and sustainable.
4.
Regulatory Liaison
Ensures compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire safety, accessibility standards, and other regulations. Submits drawings for planning and building permits. Interfaces with authorities and stakeholders as required.
5.
Construction Phase Coordinator
Participates in site visits to ensure the design is implemented correctly. Answers contractor queries (RFIs) and reviews shop drawings. Resolves on-site issues and manages changes (change orders)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
