Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our growing team. The role will involve full architectural responsibility across residential and select commercial projects. You will collaborate with 3D designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure that each project meets high standards of design, execution, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design for residential and commercial projects from concept through to execution. Translate client briefs into practical and visually compelling architectural solutions. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD. Collaborate with internal teams (interior design, landscaping, fit-out, furniture) to develop integrated project designs. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Nakheel, and other relevant authority regulations. Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to support accurate and timely project execution. Assist in preparing 3D models and visual presentations for client approvals. Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design intent and resolve on-site issues.

Required Skills and Competencies

Architectural Design

: Strong understanding of spatial planning, detailing, and design principles.

AutoCAD Expertise

: Proficiency in 2D and 3D architectural drafting.

Visualization Tools

: Working knowledge of 3ds Max, VRay, Revit, Lumion, or equivalent.

Technical Knowledge

: Ability to produce accurate construction drawings and specifications.

Project Management

: Ability to coordinate across teams and manage timelines and deliverables.

Communication

: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving

: Practical approach to technical and site-related challenges.

Software Proficiency

: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree is a plus). 3 to 6 years of experience in architecture, interior fit-out, or design/build environments. Prior experience in high-end residential or hospitality projects preferred. Working knowledge of UAE building codes and Dubai authority approval processes. Strong design portfolio showcasing both creative and technical capabilities.
