Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyzing acoustic isolation scope of project. Understanding acoustical requirements of the project. Undergoing load and acoustical calculations for material selection. Calculation and Estimation of material costing and quantities. Preparation of commercial offer with technical details. Understanding and preparing of Acoustic Report. Should undergo material selection with manufactures advice. Preparing acoustical design with respect to the site condition. Preparing Shop Drawings for implementation at site. Assisting in material technical submittal documents. Calculating the quantity in coordination with site team. Assisting in timeframe calculation of the project. Assisting the site team for installation and site proceedings throughout the project. Attending Client meetings. Preparation of site progressive reports. Ability to work under pressure

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferably with the Experience of Acoustic work. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction, or similar Experience in a similar role. Additional certificates or licenses may be required. Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and Acoustic design. Knowledgeable in Autocad and MS Office Great organizational skills. Superb project management skills. Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects. Great written and verbal communication skills. A willingness to learn

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
