Job Title: Architect - Interior & Fit-Out Company

Our growing Interior & Fit-Out Company is looking for a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality execution and timely completion.

Architect Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, space planning, and technical drawings for interior fit-out projects. Create conceptual, schematic, and detailed design plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project requirements. Select materials, finishes, and design elements for aesthetic and functional excellence. Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in interior fit-out, architecture, and site supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management software. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
