Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Architect with strong interior design skills

to lead and execute design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. The ideal candidate should combine architectural expertise with a keen eye for interior aesthetics, space functionality, and user experience. A solid understanding of local regulations, building codes, and supplier networks in the UAE is essential. This role involves overseeing design development from concept to execution, including architectural planning, interior detailing, material selection, and coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and space plans based on client requirements and project briefs. Produce accurate 2D drawings, technical layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software. Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with the overall design vision. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design and execution phases. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and address any issues during fit-out or construction. Prepare detailed documentation, BOQs, and cost estimates for client approval and project execution. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, sustainable practices, and industry innovations. Ensure all designs meet health and safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements within the UAE. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of

3 years of Architect experience within the UAE

. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors. Proficiency in design software such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

. Deep understanding of UAE building codes, municipality approval processes, and materials available in the local market. Strong organizational, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to handle end-to-end design projects independently and work collaboratively within a team. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
