Role: Architect
Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of architectural plans and blueprints. Conduct site analysis and prepare reports on site conditions. Collaborate with senior architects to refine design concepts and strategies. Prepare 3D models, sketches, and visual presentations for Internal/client meetings. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws. Assist in creating detailed construction documents and specifications. Coordinate with contractors and engineers to ensure design feasibility. Attend site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards. Conduct research on materials, technologies, and building methods. Help with project scheduling and tracking of design milestones. Support the preparation of cost estimates and budget planning. Assist with the preparation of project presentations and proposals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
