URGENT REQUIRED
DM Approved G+4 Architect
Salary: From AED3500-5000(Negotiable) per month
Must have Dubai Municipality G+4 License
Must have 05 years Dubai Experience & Driving License
Create detailed Architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) adhering to project specifications and standards.
Collaborate with engineers and Structural Engineer to understand project requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient drawings.
Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches to create precise and detailed Architectural designs.
Incorporate design changes and modifications as per engineering team's feedback and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and standards throughout the drafting process.
Maintain organized documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and project files
