About the Role:

We are looking for a

talented and detail-oriented Architect

with a minimum of

2 years of experience

in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drawing and design, with proven experience in

submitting drawings to UAE authorities

such as Dubai Municipality (DM),DDA, and other regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare detailed architectural drawings and design documents. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout project stages. Ensure all architectural submissions comply with local authority regulations and standards. Handle submissions and follow-ups with UAE authorities for approvals and permits. Assist in concept development, space planning, and design presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Minimum

2 years of architectural experience in the UAE

. Proven experience in

submitting drawings to UAE authorities

(e.g., DM, Trakhees, DDA, etc.). Strong proficiency in architectural drawing and detailing. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit or other design software is a plus. Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
