We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Architect

to join our dynamic team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate must have a strong architectural background and

hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, Architectural Drawings, and Sub-metering systems

.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and design documentation. Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with architectural plans. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors during design and construction phases. Perform

quantity take-offs

and support the QS team with cost estimation and BOQ preparation. Design and implement sub-metering layouts in coordination with MEP teams. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and local building codes and regulations. Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in architecture, with a focus on

Quantity Surveying, Drawings, and Sub-metering

. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Familiar with UAE construction standards and documentation. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred:

Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects in the UAE. Knowledge of DEWA sub-metering standards. Nationality ( PH or IND )
