A highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Dubai. Proficient in developing innovative design concepts, space planning, and delivering high-quality 3D visualizations. Experienced in handling residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from concept to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with local regulations.

Interior Architecture & Space Planning 3D Modeling & Rendering (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) Concept Design & Mood Boards AutoCAD Drafting Material & Finishes Selection Site Supervision & Project Coordination Knowledge of Dubai Municipality Regulations & DDA/Nakheel Approvals Client Communication & Presentation Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Team Collaboration & Time Management
Responsibilities

Develop and present creative design concepts for interior spaces Produce detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting based on project style and budget Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and execution phases Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards Prepare BOQs, specifications, and design documentation Coordinate with local authorities for permits and design approvals
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai Strong portfolio showcasing interior and architectural projects with 3D work Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of local building codes and design regulations
