Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and urban planners to ensure design feasibility. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with specifications. Prepare cost estimates, timelines, and material specifications. Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Present design proposals using sketches, models, and digital renderings. Manage project documentation and obtain necessary permits and approvals. Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new technologies.
Job Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Registered architect with relevant professional licensing. Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficient in CAD software and 3D modeling tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
