Job Description
An engineering consultancy office in Dubai is seeking a qualified Architect to join our team.
Requirements:
Licensed and approved by Dubai Municipality.
Proven architectural experience within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local practices.
Full proficiency in using the Dubai Municipality digital system for all consultancy-related procedures.
Solid knowledge of UAE building codes and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Skilled in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, property owners, and government entities.
Ability to manage architectural tasks independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
