Architects with valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Certification (G+4 / G+12 / Unlimited)

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of design and project coordination, with a strong emphasis on

authority approvals and regulatory compliance

with

DM, DDA, Trakhees, Dubai South

, and other agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments Prepare and submit complete packages for authority approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, Dubai South, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams (structural, MEP) and external stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery Attend meetings with authorities, respond to comments, and secure permits Ensure design compliance with Dubai building codes and local regulations Supervise site activities where needed to ensure adherence to approved designs Support the documentation and presentation phases as required

Requirements:

Valid

DM Architectural License - G+4 / G+12 / Unlimited

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in architectural design and approvals Strong understanding of authority procedures and submission requirements Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

In-depth knowledge of local codes and building regulations Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills
