Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing new buildings, restoring and conserving old buildings, and developing new ways of using existing structures. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to deliver functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop architectural designs from concept through construction documents Meet with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and budget Prepare and present design proposals using CAD software, 3D models, and hand sketches Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design feasibility Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations Monitor construction progress and conduct site visits to ensure adherence to architectural plans Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and sustainability practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Professional architecture license or working towards licensure (preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

3-5 years of experience in an architectural firm or similar role Experience with sustainable/green building design (LEED accreditation is a plus) Portfolio of completed projects demonstrating design and technical expertise
Salary Range : 4000-5000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
