We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect - Details Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural detailing and a keen eye for precision and accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for creating and developing technical drawings and specifications for construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive architectural detailing packages for various project types.
- Collaborate with project architects and design teams to integrate detailed design solutions into overall project plans and concepts.
- Create precise and accurate construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Research building materials, construction methods, and building codes to ensure compliance and feasibility of design solutions.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to verify conformance with design intent and quality standards.
- Work closely with engineers and consultants to coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing details with architectural elements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and construction contractors regarding detailing and construction methods.
- Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and presentations to communicate design concepts and detailing strategies effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural design and construction.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience +6 years creating detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- How familiar are you with using Revit software?
- Details Design: 5 years (Required)
