You will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing store designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop conceptual designs and layouts for brand stores in malls, ensuring they reflect the brand\'s image and meet functional requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective implementation of design plans.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and mall regulations to inform design decisions and ensure compliance.
• Work closely with the project management team to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with mall regulations and requirements in the UAE is a plus.
• Located in Dubai or willing to relocate.
