We are searching for an architect/interior designer with an extensive knowledge of the world of architecture and interior design, of the related luxury brands, materials and their application. The candidate will have to develop the project in line with the approved concept and then carry out autonomously the various project phases including schematic and detail design (architecture, interiors, joinery details etc) Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe and Office Package is required. Only candidates providing a detailed portfolio of their own work will be considered. Typical duties and responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Develop and review building drawings in collaboration with design and architect teams \xc2\xb7 Production of technically sound detailed architectural drawings and schedules in accordance with the concept design presentation \xc2\xb7 Research of new technical solutions and materials to meet concept design requirements \xc2\xb7 Coordination of deliverables with other engineering disciplines \xc2\xb7 Ensuring design compliance with client needs \xc2\xb7 Manage communication with suppliers, vendors and contractors as needed by project development \xc2\xb7 Work on multiple projects \xc2\xb7 Participation in the design process \xc2\xb7 Prepare presentations for client meetings Education and experience \xc2\xb7 Degree in Architecture or Interior Design \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated history of well-done drawings and project development \xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented & highly organized \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture and interior design within UAE Required skills and qualifications \xc2\xb7 Keen attention to details \xc2\xb7 Experience in high end and luxury projects in the field of residential and hospitality \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in working with CAD software, SketchUp and other design application \xc2\xb7 Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently \xc2\xb7 Experience in working with rendering software is a plus Interested applicants may send their resume to workwithus@etereodesign.it Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
