Job Description
- Candidate MUST have a Bachelor's degree and be registered in Society of Engineers (SOE)
- Ability to design creatively a wide range of projects including villas, schools, warehouses, buildings, etc
- Minimum 3 years in a Dubai based Engineering Consulting Firm with experience in driving projects, client management, creative designing and procuring approvals.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
- Candidates must have thorough knowledge of architecture & working knowledge of structural and civil design & MEP Design for coordination.
- Candidates must have thorough knowledge of DM + DDA + TRAKHEES approvals & co-ordination process.
- Experience in 3d visualization & BIM is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Dubai Consultant Office: 3 years (Required)
- SOE registration (Preferred)
