Job Description
We United Decoration Company LLC, are looking for an Architect with experience in Joinery & Fit out projects with full background business in Dubai and GCC countries. He/she should: Prepare the architectural design, shop drawings and Interior views for the project. Working with group of architects in preparing designs and construction drawings Meets client for design presentation and approval Coordinates with site engineers and foreman to ensure that designs are well executed. Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design and execution. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project. Requirements: Proven and minimum 5 years of UAE working experience as an Architect Valid UAE driver's license Expert knowledge of joinery, interior fitout works regulations and quality standards Excellent drawing skills, detail-oriented and expert with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Autocad, Illustrator and similar design software) Communication and project management skills BS degree in Architecture Job Type: Full-time Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- UAE interior works: 5 years (Preferred)
- UAE joinery works: 5 years (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- Tagalog (Preferred)
- UAE drivers license (Preferred)
