Job Description
We are a Healthcare Consultancy based in Dubai, UAE currently looking for a freelance Interior Designer to work with us remotely. Job Role:
- Undertake design project from concept to completion.
- Conceptualize, sketch design plan, and prepare a presentation.
- Create detailed drawings
- Plan and design attractive layouts for different projects
- Extensive understanding of building layouts, joinery, and bespoke furniture
- Knowledge of materials and finishes as well as strong technical background
- Able to clarify details of design and technical aspects with vendors and team members
- Utilize Sketch-Up and AutoCad to present presentations to clients (3D and 2D mock-ups)
- Render 3D models using V-Ray.
- Stays current with industry knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Interior design or similar
- 2 - 3 years of experience in related field
- Healthcare design Experience (Required)
- Experienced with DHA facility requirements (Required)
- Familiar with DCD, DM requirements and process (Preferred)
- Good knowledge in using AutoCAD, VRay, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3DMax, Illustrator, and other design programs
- A strong sense of creativity and communication
- Demonstrated ability to execute
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting
- Must be able to provide a portfolio of design work
- Must be willing to go for a remote 2-3 days trial
