Minimum 4 years of UAE experience with Principal Consultants, Designers, or Main Contractors
Certification in Architectural or Interior Design Programs
Proficiency in CAD drafting, BIM modeling, and software like Revit

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural designs including elevations, section drawings, and door/window schedules.
Generate project area statements including Saleable Area, FAR (Floor Area Ratio), BUA (Built-Up Area), and Construction Area calculations.
Prepare authority submission drawings and coordinate with Architects for timely design approvals.
Review shop drawings and prepare as-built drawings as per site progress and project updates.
