Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings using AutoCAD, producing visually stunning 3D visualizations with 3DsMax, managing spreadsheets for new product developments, and ensuring accurate documentation in the collection archive and product inventory for That's Living Brand. Technical Drawing:

Create detailed technical drawings for new product developments, focusing on Furniture, Lighting, and Accessories, using AutoCAD software.

Ensure accuracy and precision in technical drawings to facilitate smooth production processes.

3D Visualization:

Utilize 3DsMax software to produce high-quality 3D visualizations that effectively communicate new ideas and concepts for That's Living Brand products.

Collaborate with the design team to bring creative visions to life through realistic and visually appealing renderings.

Spreadsheet Management:

Review and organize spreadsheets containing information related to new product developments.

Set up presentations based on spreadsheet data and serving as a reference for the 3D Visualizers remote teams.

Collection Archive:

Navigate and modify spreadsheets for the new collection archive of That's Living Brand.

Ensure accurate and organized documentation of product details for future reference and historical tracking.

Product Inventory:

Review and analyze product inventory spreadsheets to gather information for new developments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inventory data into the product development process.

1. Utilizes strong interpersonal skills, active listening, professional attitude, and represents the company with integrity and professionalism.

2. Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.

3. Stays current on interior design trends in their local market and on an international level.

4. Support all efforts and initiatives across all business channels to maximize company sales growth and profitability.

5. Maintain awareness and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of computers, systems, and programs relevant to the position.

6. Make sure you are on time and present at your workplace.

7. Maintain a courteous attitude when communicating with superiors or co-workers.

8. Make sure that you do not disclose or transmit any confidential or trade secret information, or proprietary information about the company and its subsidiaries, or about the company owners, including their names, occupations, and contact information to any third parties.

9. Read and understand the memos, company policies, benefits program, and the rules governing the daily conduct of employees as well as the responsibilities and comply with these guidelines throughout your employment with the company.

Skills:

Skills in technical drawing and 3D visualization using AutoCAD and 3DsMax software. Strong proficiency in spreadsheet navigation and management. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
