Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and specifications
Develop project concepts in line with client requirements and budget
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and samples
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations
Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities
Address design issues and provide technical solutions during construction
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture
Minimum
5-7 years
of relevant experience
(more for senior roles
)
Experience in
residential, commercial,
or
mixed-use projects
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,
and
MS Office
Knowledge of local authority regulations and building codes
Strong design, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
