The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
high-end fit-out works
, be capable of handling projects from concept to completion, and ensure compliance with client requirements, authority regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and specifications
Develop project concepts aligned with client requirements, brand standards, and budget
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained
Ensure compliance with local building codes, authority regulations, and safety standards
Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities
Resolve design and technical issues during construction and fit-out stages
Support project teams to ensure timely project delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Minimum 10 years of experience
in preparing architectural drawings
Proven experience in high-end fit-out works for 5-star hotels (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of hotel standards, luxury finishes, and coordination with MEP & interior teams
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
Solid understanding of local authority regulations and building codes
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
Mandatory Criteria
UPDA Certified (MMUP) - Required
Immediate availability to join
Experience in Qatar / Gulf region preferred
Preferred Skills
Site supervision or architectural supervision experience
Interior fit-out and refurbishment project experience
Experience working with international hotel brands
