Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture. 5+ years of proven experience in fit-out projects (buildings, hotels preferred). Strong knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and finishes. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Good understanding of local building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage architectural designs for interior fit-out projects. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases. Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards. Conduct site inspections to ensure design intent is executed. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and interior design teams. Provide technical support during construction and fit-out stages.
