Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a Site Architect or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes and architectural design Excellent leadership and project management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural aspects of construction projects on-site, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. The position requires a strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise architectural activities on-site to ensure the execution of project plans and designs in alignment with specifications. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with design. Oversee the resolution of any design or structural issues that arise during construction. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available as per project schedules. Ensure timely completion of architectural milestones. Prepare regular progress reports and attend project meetings to provide updates.
