Requirements / Must Haves

• Experience in setting up a DevOps Development environment, deployment models, versioning, and testing protocols.
• Familiar with DevOps \xe2\x80\x93 CI/CD Pipelines
• Good hands-on knowledge of Source Code Management (Version Control System) tools like Git and Subversion
• Proficient in developing Continuous Integration/ Delivery pipelines
• Experience with automation/ integration tools like Jenkins
• Knowledge of major cloud service providers, like AWS, Azure etc.
• Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Programmable Infrastructure), and how you can achieve that by using tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible etc.
• Hands-on knowledge of software containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm
• Experience with Visual Studio 2017 and above, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Framework 4.7 & above, & Unit Testing Frameworks
• Experience in using UML modeling and diagramming tools like Enterprise Architect, MS Visio
• Experience in responsive User Interface Development for the web desktop and mobile devices
• Experience using Messaging using MSMQ, SOA using REST, SOAP RPC, HTTP, TCP IP, UDP Protocols
• Familiarity with Open-Source libraries like Unity IoC, Automapper, Enterprise Library
• Experience with database performance troubleshooting for SQL Server is desired
• Exposure to performance and scalability improvement is desired
• Good written and oral communication/presentation skills
• Out of the box thinking and creative problem-solving skills is desired
• Source Control Tool - VFS, Git etc
• Knowledge in agile development methodology \xe2\x80\x93 Scrum is preferred
• Expertise in developing Windows based applications using VB.Net and C#
• Expertise in Java Script and jQuery.
• Expertise in development of front end for web applications.
• Expertise in using Model-View-Controller MVC5 Architecture in developing Web Applications.
• Strong understanding of End user requirement analysis and full Software Development Life Cycle SDLC.
• Experience in Windows and Web Applications Development and Management.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server 2014 backend programming data modeling client-server Connectivity stored procedures and triggers programming.

The responsibilities include:

• Define, design, develop and set up the development platforms with the infrastructure heads.
• Collaborate with technical and nontechnical business stakeholders efficiently.
• Collaborate with peer architects, Systems Engineering and Product Management and other technical and nontechnical stakeholders in the current product development process.
• Formulate and communicate technical vision and strategy to business and technical stakeholders
• Create and improve software using the design patterns, refactoring, and development best practices
• Create database queries and scripts for SQL Server
• Mentor development teams around sound design and coding practices
• Respond quickly to changes in requirements
• Participate in Project planning and Estimation
• Prepare the architectural document artefacts
• Assist with testing software in a live environment
• Execute architectural design spikes
• Evaluate third party software products used in the solution as needed
• Provide detailed & accurate estimates for code development efforts.
• Conduct code, design, and architectural reviews
• Support and adhere to the Company\'s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
