Company: Novatech Engineering Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Architect Designer to join our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years GCC experience
QCDA approved UPDA Grade A Certification (preferably)
Proficient in 3D Visualization and Design
Proficient in 3D Animation
Strong background in AutoCAD software and related design tools
Excellent ability to create innovative, functional, and aesthetic designs
Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed designs
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and local regulations
Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and design presentations
