We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Architect Designer

to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating architectural plans, developing technical details, and producing high-quality visualizations for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

Update and refine architectural drawings and technical documentation. Develop detailed design elements in coordination with engineering and construction teams. Create compelling visual presentations using 3D visualization tools. Ensure compliance with

local building codes and regulations

. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years of professional experience

in architectural design, preferably within the UAE. Proven knowledge of

UAE building standards and regulations

. Proficiency in

Revit

,

Adobe InDesign

,

Photoshop

, and ideally other 3D visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, Rhino). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
